Vera Sidika Opens Up on Body Transformation
In an open letter to her 2.2 million Instagram followers, Vera admitted that having her body surgically enhanced was a bad idea and that several 'health concerns and consequences' forced her to have reconstruction surgery.
Vera Sidika, an Instagram model, businesswoman, and beauty queen, has shared her experience of having reconstructive surgery to undo body enhancement surgery that she had earlier in her life.
Vera Sidika became well-known after she made an appearance in the P-Unit's song "You Guy" music video.
She has now let it all go, opening up about the struggles she had to through to keep the plastic body in place on Instagram. Vera has admitted that her decision to have her body surgically enhanced had been ill-advised and that she had been forced to have reconstruction surgery as a result of numerous "health concerns and difficulties."
"The REBIRTH: This has been the hardest phase of my life. Due to health risks and complications, I had to undergo surgery. It's still very unbelievable but I've come to love myself regardless. I'm lucky to be alive, God loves me so much."
She also admitted that the complications prevented her from celebrating her 2022 birthday, warned other women against considering the procedure, and thanked God and her husband for being by her side throughout.
"Honestly, it's been pretty hard. I didn't even celebrate my birthday this year but here we are. Happy Birthday to me. I've come to appreciate life and never take things for granted. Thanks to my family, especially my husband for being there for me," she wrote.
Vera made a pledge to her followers and any women thinking about getting cosmetic surgery, that she'd share her surgery journey.
"I will be posting my journey videos here for those who have been thinking of getting booty surgery or changing anything on their bodies. This might change your mind," she captioned the long post.
