NAIROBI CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT.

  So there is this lady I met in a club in Kimabu, we enjoyed the night and later I did what I did unfortunately.... So after like 1 month as we continued talking, the lady claimed she's seriously ill and like a gentleman, i saw it fit to send her some money to cushion the cost. We'd talk via video call at this stage, and every time I'd call, I'd see she's indeed in a hospital setting even sometimes seeing the doctor's white lab coat. This went on for like 2 months. I decided I  should go pay her a visit in hospital since it appeared to be a serious illness that someone is hospitalised for two months. I prepared myself and set a date to head over to diaspora, Rongai. Mark you for the two months, I have been going an extra mile for my sick friend and paid her rent without fail. Record Setting Morocco

Morocco are the only African team left in the World Cup. Morocco have set the record for the longest African unbeaten run at the FIFA World Cup with no losses in 6 games having concededonly one goal throughoutthe tournamentup until the semifinals. Moroccan clubs, Wydad Casablanca won the CAF Champions League, RS Berkane won the CAF Confederation Cup & CAF Super Cup and Morocco reached the WAFCON final while AS FAR won CAF Women's Champions League Morocco's Coach, Walid Regragui has become the first African Manager to reach the Quarter Finals at the FIFA World Cup. He won the CAF Champions League and Botola Pro with Wydad Casablanca in May and June. He was hired in August 2022. Morocco are unbeaten under him.

Plenty of Action from Match Day 2 of The Kenya Cup

Matchday two action got underway with Oilers retaining topspot of the Kenya Cup with a 24-10 win over hosts Kenya Harlequin at the RFUEA Ground. The Nakuru based side led the hosts 12-3 at the interval with tries from Hilary Mulweyi and John Okoth with flyhalf Geoffrey Ominde adding a conversion. Lucky Dewald was Quins only points scorer of the half from a penalty goal. In the second half, Steve Arunga scored twice for the Oilers with Ominde managing a conversion before Quins finaly scored a late try through Brian Waraba and a Dewald conversion. KCB, who travelled to Kakamega, remained second with a 41-0 win away to University lads Masinde Muliro as champions Kabras Sugar thumped recently promoted Mean Machine with an identical score at the University of Nairobi. Nondescripts maintained their 100% in-form run in the second tier KRU Championship, after handing hosts USIU Martials a 42-3 thrashing at the USIU Ground. Kisumu, made light work of their East Coast counterparts making it two from two with a 30-5 home win over South Coast Pirates at the Kisumu Polytechnic. In the capital, KRU Nationwide winners 2021/22, Daystar Falcons, handed a second successive defeat to the ones mighty Impala Saracens, handing them 33-20 at the Impala Club, Ngong rd. In Eldoret, UoE Trojans got a hard earned victory over Shamas Foundation that ended 15-6, while their crosstown rivals Eldoret registered a 22-11 victory over newly promoted Zetech Oaks. In Nakuru, Kabarak University got a 15-11 win over Solomon Obiero's Western Bulls.
