In place of Bruno Shioso, who was elevated to Commandant of the National Police Training Campus in Kiganjo, Dr. Resila Atieno Onyango has been named the National Police Service spokeswoman. After 2014's Zipporah Mboroki, Resila is the second woman to hold the role of Police Service spokesman.
