KRU Championship Round Up

 On Saturday, January 20, 2024, in the KRU Championship's second tier, South Coast Pirates and Impala stood undefeated at the forefront after the latest fixtures. 

In Diani, South Coast Pirates secured a hard-fought 17-8 victory against Masinde Muliro, maintaining their dominance with 23 points. 

Meanwhile, Impala triumphed over Mean Machine at the Impala Club with a convincing 28-12 scoreline, keeping them in second place and fueling their aspirations for a home semifinal. 

Other notable results include UoE Trojans' 22-5 win over Mombasa, Western Bulls' double 30-point victory against USIU Martials, and JKUAT Cougars' tight 7-6 win over Kabarak University. 

The standings saw Masinde Muliro and Daystar Falcons shuffle positions in the playoff slots, while UoE Trojans, Western Bulls, and JKUAT Cougars secured crucial victories to solidify their positions in the log.
