Due to a left wrist injury sustained during the training match on October 22, 2022 at Ngong Grounds, where team green defeated team red with a score of 36-27, Kenya Simbas and Kabras Sugar Rugby Club player maker will miss the Kenya Simbas Repêchage Campaign to obtain a ticket for the Rugby World Cup 2023 in France.
